To Our Valued Customers:

Due to the increase of Complaints concerning our response time to answering your various "service questions", we have moved our Customer Service Department to an unknown Off-Shore location.

However, the Good News is that we upgraded our Software and we are now able to DOWNLOAD an Automatic Response to your inquiry.

In the event that you did not get a satisfactory reply... please be patient, since your complaint might have been a rather "Large" issue to download.

After a Day or Two of faulty attempts, you may want to upgrade your Computer to become more compatible with our new Software.
As for now, Our entire Customer Service Dept staff have gone "fishing". You may still call: 1-800-BAITMAN, but nobody is there.
